Are you the best florist in the country? Then now's the time to prove it! Because F&WB has joined forces with New Covent Garden and Re:fresh, the annual awards run by the Fresh Produce Consortium and Fresh Produce Journal, to find the 2010 Retail Florist of the Year. Entry is free and open to any florist business and while there's no big cash prize - just a really stupendous trophy that will look stunning in your window - there's a load of PR and publicity opportunities up for grabs to showcase your win to all your potential customers and generate more business. To take part you need to complete the entry form which you can either download as a Word document and type in your answers or print off the PDF version and hand write your answers. However if you hand write you’ll need to send us 8 copies of everything so the Word version is much easier! Closing date is 9th April so there’s plenty of time and if you impress the judges enough you could be on the shortlist to be presented with your prize in front of more than 500 people at a glitzy ceremony at the InterContinental London Park Lane on 13th May.
